We are renting a room in the heart of Oslo. You will be sharing the room with 4 other people, 2 girls and 2 guys, ranging from 25-30 years old. The house is a calm and social place. We are preferably looking for people with similar ages and attributes.

It is walking distance to two tram stations (12 and 13), more than three bus stations, and to the Nationaltheatret train and metro station. Rema 1000 is down stairs and Kiwi is only 3 minutes walk away. Gyms such as EVO and SATS are less than 10 minutes away.

The room is approximately 13 meters, 3.5*3.5 m, you have to double check when viewing, and It's about 2.5 meters tall. It has a large window. The room comes with an installed electric heater. You can also buy the furniture in the room for only NOK 1,000. :
- A bed (120*200 cm) - no mattress
- A large wardrobe
- A studying/working table
- A wall shelf
- A chair

The room can be rented out for both long-term and short-term periods. (Preferably long-term)
- Long-term: All the renting information for long-term is as shared on the add. Monthly payment is 10 days before the start of each month.

- Short-term: If you want it for short-term, it is possible from now until December 28th, 2024. The rent will be NOK 6,105, plus electricity and common costs. No deposit required.
