Are you our next QHSE Manager?

As a QHSE Manager, you will ensure that the project complies with national, international, and corporate QHSE standards, including relevant ISO certifications. You will be responsible for promoting safety, managing quality, and overseeing compliance with environmental regulations.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the QHSE system and routines on site.

• Ensure employee safety, site security, and fire safety procedures.

• Promote safe and responsible behavior throughout the organization.

• Liaise with local authorities and ensure compliance with EU directives.

• Oversee ISO certificates and related audits.

• Ensure continuous improvement through thorough analysis of QHSE non-conformities.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Structured, analytical, and methodical approach to work.

• High ethical standards and responsibility.

• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.

• Fluency in both English and Norwegian (written and spoken).

Duration: 6 months
