In September 2024, Norvestor signed an agreement to acquire Kongsberg Maritime’s steering gear and rudder business. This acquisition marks the start of Neuver Maritime as a standalone company, following the transaction’s closure.

Headquartered in the maritime cluster in Norway, Neuver Maritime operates from key locations in Brattvåg, Ålesund, and Hagavik, complemented by a global network of sales and service locations in the US, China, Singapore, South Korea, Poland and Italy.
