Jefferson Wells is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Project Planner to join our client’s team on the Snøhvit Future Project EPCI. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the successful planning and execution of a large-scale field development project. We are looking for someone with solid planning expertise, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing project schedules.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for Field Development and Offshore Wind EPC/I projects.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements, authority regulations, and company work processes.
• Perform critical path analysis, risk assessments, and propose adjustments to maintain project progress.
• Collaborate with project management to provide comprehensive scheduling analysis and support decision-making.
• Communicate potential schedule risks and implement mitigation measures to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize schedules and enhance overall project outcomes.

Background and Qualifications

You have extensive experience in project planning across phases such as engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical completion, and commissioning. Proficiency in tools like Safran or Primavera is required, as are strong critical path analysis and scenario planning skills. You are structured, analytical, and a strong communicator, capable of delivering clear and actionable insights to the project team.
