Senior Project Manager Strategy & Operations
As our Senior Project Manager you will play a critical role in driving new strategic initiatives across the Norstat Group, supporting the company’s goals to strengthen its market position, competitiveness, delivery capabilities and operational excellence. The position is essential to our vision of establishing Norstat as the European leader for data collection. Doing this, you will drive strategic business improvements, foster internal change, and support in expanding our presence in key European markets. This means that you will engage with C-level stakeholders across the whole Norstat Group, which necessitates effective communication for driving strategic changes, and you will have high visibility in the company. You will report directly to the CFO in this role.
What you will be working with:

Plan and execute strategic-, change- and improvement projects for Norstat within sales and marketing, operations, product development, panel & IT

Work closely with Group management and local country management to support decision making, including monitoring and executing on the Group’s strategic project portfolio

Support Norstat’s business and support units, on Group and country level, in solving their key challenges and opportunities

Participate in M&A initiatives i.e. creating a merger roadmap, planning and executing due diligence and negotiations, and implementing merger plans in active collaboration with our owners

Lead post-merger integration projects

Continuously evaluate Norstat’s strategy and positioning and identify trends, challenges and opportunities that should inform our strategic choices

Education and experience
-
Relevant academic degree at Master level. Preferably within engineering, economy, finance, industrial economy or equivalent fields

International relevant experience: project management, strategy, change management, business development, stakeholder management within management, consultancy, or similar in-house environments
-
Experience with planning and leading change projects, facilitating workshops etc.

Experience from a matrix organization is a plus

Solid experience from designing and conceptualizing projects, with a strong analytical mindset from a multinational setting

Professional communication skills in English
Office in Oslo or Stockholm. Travels to our European offices is expected
