We help clients on value impacts and outcomes, identifying new opportunities and supporting the reporting of ESG performance risks. With our data-first strategy we give clients a pathway to reach Net Zero. Decarbonizing the economy requires a granular, real-time view of where emissions come from and how they can be reduced. Energi.AI is a data driven platform that utilizes AI to fully automate the measurement of a company's carbon footprint and gives insight into actions needed to become a net zero company. We call it climate action made simple. We are backed by some of the most prolific climate-tech investors and have secured a number of partnerships to continue growth.
We are now looking for a Director Sales & Partnerships - a key role in our team. You must love customers, be supportive and caring for others. And of course have a burning desire to save this planet. You will be responsible for winning large enterprise clients and develop strategic partners, and work closely with the CEO and co-founding team that all work with strategic sales and enterprise deals. You will also work with Head of Product and Innovation to ensure we are delivering a product that our customers will love. We are passionate about making an impact, and working with people that share our passion.
You will be responsible for
- Win hearts and minds of customers
- Drive enterprise sales, campaigns and must-wins processes
- Key Account Management structure
- Acquire, manage and activate them strategic partnerships
- Drive top line growth through long lasting customer satisfaction
- Bridge customer needs with product development
- Ensure world class customer satisfaction
- CRM management
- High degree of doing skills
- Strong track record to drive sales in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in scaling companies internationally
- Clear, distinct and good ability to communicate and present
- Ability to work independently, flexibility to work remotely
- A person who understands the importance of a strong team and sharing insights
- Enthusiasm for working in a fun, flexible, and mission-driven start-up
