Join our growth journey as System Design Engineer!

In the coming years, Novenco focuses on developing the two main segments Navy and Renewable energy, as we have identified an opportunity for Novenco to take the lead position in the Norwegian market. 

To meet our future growth, we are hiring 2 System Design Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC and water system design principles aligned with the contractual technical scope of work
• Perform relevant calculations like heat load, pressure drop and noise calculations
• Prepare system design documentation (single line drawings, D&IDs, P&IDs etc.)
• Do material take off for procurement
• Prepare technical procurement documents and technical bid evaluations of HVAC equipment
• Expedite suppliers
• Capture changes to the contractual technical scope of work
• Secure and follow up progress of documentation and production
• Do inspection and testing of HVAC equipment
• Secure completion of HVAC equipment packages

Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in MagiCAD is appreciated, but not required
• Must be able to work with all programs in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
