Purpose & Scope:

• Drive the optimization of maritime performance and external reporting, with a strong emphasis on energy management, while providing comprehensive Maritime Technical Support across the organization.
• Lead maintenance processes, deliver strategic insights, and manage projects that extend beyond standard fleet management.
• Champion the implementation of new maritime regulations and technologies.
• Fulfill managerial responsibilities, including overseeing team members, setting goals, and ensuring alignment of projects with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient performance monitoring and analysis of operational data.
• Define robust maintenance processes and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support yard projects and manage assigned initiatives.
• Maintain an effective drawing and document archive for the fleet.

Key Competencies & Requirements:

• Deep maritime technical understanding and an analytic mindset.
• Good project management skills including major yard stays.
• Relevant technical Master’s degree. 
• Deep understanding of current maritime rules and regulations including GHG.
• Extensive relevant experience from the maritime industry, minimum 7 years.
