Montblanc 252 fyllepenn / fountain pen / 14 k gull

I believe this model was only produced for a short while, possibly because users tended to push the pen too far into the cap, which is why many of the surviving pens have cracked caps. This one does not have any cracks or scratches, it's in great condition!

However, the piston doesn't move the full range, might need lubrication, or maintenance, I dare not use force on it.

Nib is 14 K gold, it can give slight line variation, with some force, but should not be pushed further than illustrated in the writing sample.
