Packaging Manager at Kinn Bryggeri

We are looking for a Packaging Manager to begin working with us at Kinn at the beginning of 2025.

Kinn Bryggeri is located in a small town called Florø, surrounded by stunning nature on the west coast of Norway. The brewery was founded in 2009 by the passionate and renowned homebrewer Espen Lothe and his wife Ann-Magritt and is still 100% family-owned and independent. The brewery is still growing and has become one of the most well-known craft beer brands in Norway. Kinn is primarily focusing on Belgian and British beer styles and is one of the few breweries in Norway that utilizes open fermenters and bottle conditioning.

The company is today operating from two locations, our brewpub “Vesle Kinn” and our production facility located on the outskirts of town. We are brewing on an automated 40hl brewhouse and have a complete packaging line for glass bottles and kegs, and from December 2024 we will also be packaging 0,44cl cans.

The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial brewery operations with an emphasis on cellaring, and packaging. Education or relevant certifications will be preferred as well as mechanical/technical background or experience. The packaging work will ideally be split between the packaging manager and the brewers/cellarmen.

This position may also be asked to represent the brewery at various events such as beer festivals from time to time.
