What we can offer you

• Deputy to the VP of Contracts and Procurement, providing comprehensive support across legal, contract management, and commercial functions. Assist the VP and department managers in fulfilling corporate responsibilities and enhancing departmental efficiency
• Oversee contract creation, negotiation, and execution to optimize financial and operational performance while mitigating contractual risks. Ensure the implementation of favorable terms and conditions in new contracts
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of legal terms, contract models, and cooperation structures to secure value and align with company objectives.
• Support the tender process by advising on qualifications and exceptions, and provide similar support during project execution. Contribute to the chartering process and other commercial activities
• Responsible for securing that acceptable terms and conditions are implemented and negotiated into new contracts. Support the tender teams with qualifications and exceptions to all types of contracts (industry standards and bespoke client contracts) during tendering process, and provide similar support in project execution phase
• Liaise with specialist support departments such as Finance, Operations on an ad hoc basis
• Support tenders and projects with Bank Guarantees/Parent Company Guarantee, NDAs, MOUs etc
• Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring all activities comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain awareness of current company requirements, industry codes, and statutory regulations
• Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive work environment, making Ocean Installer a pleasant place to work
• Support continuous improvement by contributing to lessons learned and implementing applicable insights

Who we`re looking for

So, if you do possess some of these qualities, we could be a perfect match:

• Educated to degree or higher level in a legal, commercial, technical business subject and / or appropriate equivalent industry experience in the oil and gas industry with significant experience in qualifying and administrating offshore subsea contracts
• Familiar with standard Contract Terms & Conditions within the Oil and Gas industry, in particular NSC05, LOGIC, BIMCO Supplytime and IMCA, and preferable knowledge of standards within Offshore wind segment.
• High commercial awareness
• Result oriented
• Excellent contracts management knowledge and experience gained in subsea/wind industry
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to perform under high pressure and meet deadlines
