Northumbrian bagpipe sekkepipe

Ta gjerne kontakt. Jeg prater godt Norsk. Selling a rare set of Northumbrian smallpipes (English bagpipe). Made by David Burleigh in Northumberland England. 4 complicated drones, traditional F chanter with 11 keys for extended range. Made in african blackwood, brass and black horn. Since new, they have been fully renovated with new reeds and bag and are in good playing condition. The bellows are mahogany, in the traditional style and work well with these pipes.

Please note: You should have some basic knowledge of bagpipes and specially bellows blown smallpipes or be prepared to take lessons if you want to buy these. The finger technique is not the same as Scottish bagpipes but in many ways it is easier. This is a unique musical instrument and must be treated with care and respect.
