Job Description:

• Ensure that HSE and environmental issues are considered throughout process from planning to completion.
• Support the HSE functions and maintain the HSE-programme.
• Ensure that the project is completed in accordance to the company’s HSE procedure.
• Responsible for compliance to QA system.
• Ensure that the QA are taken into consideration in the whole process, from the planning phase to the completion of the project.
• Ensure that the company’s standard for business ethics and compliance is communicated throughout the project and overheld.  
• The authority to initiate and complete the activities described in the contract and that there is progress of the completion of activities.
• Have detailed knowledge in the contract documents, both the contractual, financial and technical aspect and issues and assure that the project’s key personnel is familiar with the same.
• Assure that the project is run effectively and that the key personnel has the necessary qualifications.
• Responsible for registration, updating and managing PIMS Plan according to manpower plans for own project.
• Total responsibility for the financial results of the project, including: Establishing of budget for the project, and assurance of budget fulfilment, on-time and reliable reporting of progress and financial status in the project as well as correct and timely registration of man hours and materials.
• Secure on-time and correct invoicing of the client and ensure that receivables are paid according to due date.
• Represent the project towards the customer and communicate with the customer’s representatives in matters concerning the project.
• Be the company’s representative, unless other formal company representation is defined.
• Contribute to improvements of the administrative and technical completion of the assigned projects.
• Implementation and evaluation of administrative procedure with regards to the customer’s requirements.
• Assure that rotation plans and working hours are in compliance with working environment act and in accordance with protocols with relevant unions.
• Implement corrective action when deviation occurs.
• Proactive working for extra sales and cross sales through the project period.
• Contribute to an efficient cooperation across business units within the organization.
• Make sure that experience from earlier projects are transferred, and also see to that experience from this project is transferred to the next project
