We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Key Account Manager to drive our continued growth and success!
Job Description:
- Identify and pursue market opportunities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and position K2 Project Forwarding as the preferred partner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and create sales plans for both new and existing clients, expand key accounts, secure new business, and adapt strategies to meet performance goals.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships through regular customer engagement.
- Lead negotiations and actively participate in tender processes.
- Actively contribute to business improvements and concept development, driving innovation in or business offering.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
- MSc/BSc degree in logistics and/or supply chain management or similar.
- Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
Personal Skills:
- A genuine passion for customer interaction and delivering outstanding service.
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management.
- Relevant experience in a similar sales role within the transport and logistics industry.
- High level of ambition, drive, and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point). Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
