Raffiné, Oslo's new Lebanese restaurant and wine bar, is seeking talented chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants to join our team. We are looking for a passionate team that wants to elevate Lebanese gastronomy to new heights and provide our guests with a rich dining experience.

Your Role
Chef
- Take charge of the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food preparation and service.
- Lead and inspire the culinary team to maintain high standards of cooking, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate on menu development, incorporating seasonal and authentic Lebanese ingredients into innovative dishes.
- Uphold the kitchen's cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety compliance.
Sous Chef
- Assist the Chef in leading kitchen operations and ensuring efficient service.
- Oversee the preparation and fine plating of dishes to uphold Raffiné’s standards.
- Support inventory management and kitchen organization.
Cook
- Prepare and execute authentic Lebanese dishes with attention to detail and precision.
- Food preparation based on the menu and daily demand.
- Focus on the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant’s refined aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality.
- Assist with daily prep and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen space.
- Support the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked during service.
- Ensure the kitchen meets health and safety regulations at all times.
- Learn and develop in a professional culinary environment with room for growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous industry experience is a must.
- A passion for presentation and willingness to learn authentic Lebanese cuisine principles.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly in food preparation and plating.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Norwegian is a strong advantage.
- Previous Lebanese cuisine experience is a plus.
