Your workday

Here with us, you will have a dynamic and varied workday, taking on both operational and strategic HR responsibilities. In this role you will collaborate with our resource in Lithuania and report directly to the CEO of Devold. This position offers a great opportunity for you to shape, enhance and make your mark on our organization and our processes. You will be working in modern offices at Devoldfabrikken in Langevåg.

• Organizing employee events and sharing internal information.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a background in HR and knowledge of relevant legislation. You must be capable of taking responsibility for competency development and organizational growth within the company. To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have relevant education or experience from a similar position and are proficient in both Norwegian and English.

As a person, we believe you are someone who learns quickly and adapts well to new tasks. Additionally, we think you are someone who can work independently, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships. You also possess the ability to balance both strategic and operational work.
