Are you our new Principal Engineer?

We are looking for an engineer who can support the delivery of client projects by planning project activities, managing progress, and evaluating the implementation of projects to deliver on time and within budget, in line with company requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform dynamic analysis of offshore structures.
• QC/QA on analysis work.
• Prepare project proposals.
• Follow up with customers and suppliers
• Participate in the marketing of the engineering department.
• Participate in offshore operations if required.
• Participate in the development of internal processes and procedures
• Develop engineering department to maintain and exceed industry best practice
• Participate in development and programming of in-house analysis systems

Qualifications:

• MSc. in marine engineering or equivalent. This can be compensated by long experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience from dynamic analysis of offshore structures or equivalent.
• Fluent knowledge in both written and oral English.
• Proficiency in software such as GMOOR, SIMA, and Orcaflex. Competence in Matlab and Python scripting is an advantage.
