As a Brand Trainer, you’ll educate our team and customers on ASICS’ premium products, technologies and their benefits. You’ll engage with our wholesale partners and a broad range of professionals working in the sporting goods industry to inspire them with our products and unique sales proposition.

This role is a temporary cover – ideally starting as soon as possible, and lasting for approximately 10 months.

Based at our office in Nydalen, Oslo, you’ll bring our latest marketing initiatives to life as you travel across Norway to meet our valued customers. This is much more than an educational role – it’s a chance to provide valuable sales support and build strong relationships.

Reporting to our Nordic Head of Marketing as part of the role you’ll:

• Follow the activity plan agreed with Marketing, Merchandising and Sales.
• Provide high-quality training to retail store staff.
• Meet consumers, at trials and events
• Boost our efforts to maximise direct and indirect sales.
• Share our engaging brand history and company values.
• Nurture an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere across all business activities.

What we’re looking for

• Track record in a retail or marketing/sales environment i.e. similar position in a different field, experience from other parts of retail etc. 
• Preferably a bachelor's degree or degree from a higher vocational education.  
• Fluency in Norwegian and English (spoken and written).
• Driving license (B) and a willingness to travel.
• Confident presentation and communication abilities. 
• Flexibility to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
