About the job:
Mintra has an exciting opportunity for a Product Support Advisor to join our Service Centre team. If you enjoy troubleshooting and advising clients on tech solutions this could be for you! The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Norwegian/Swedish. Our products are supported online and you will receive equipment to work remotely within Norway, or you can be based in one of our office locations within Bergen, Stavanger or Oslo.
As part of the Service Centre team, you will be responsible for assisting our customers in their use of Mintra software solutions by troubleshooting and advising. Working closely with our system development and consultancy teams, you will be part of our global service team responsible for supporting customers in the successful use of our systems and software.
The role will be fulltime.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Desire to create documentation for customer use
- Experience in supporting the use of online systems
- Further education in IT / Technology
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills, English & Norwegian/Swedish
- A highly organised and structured approach to work
- Experience in working with Oil and Gas customers
