* 3 combined refrigerators and freezers
* 1 laundry room with cloth washer, no tumble dryer, 6 drying racks
* 3 large storage rooms with shelves
* 1 guest room

The vacant room is furnished with 1 bed, 1 desk, 1 chair, 3+ closets, electric heater. Has a window facing to the street back of the house. You may bring furniture of your own. Notice period for terminating the contract is 3 months.

Our roommates are mostly working in IT. Some in hospitality. Everyone is in between 26-32 years of age. Everyone speaks English.

Our ideal roommate is a responsible, neat, friendly person in our age group. You might be a student and/or working during the day time. You are financially solvent, have a bank account, Vipps account for easy bill payments, willing to contribute to shared chores.
