Business Development Manager P&A
Interwell is currently seeking a Business Development Manager P&A.
This is a unique opportunity to join a focused development team with high expertise and a multidisciplinary approach.
Interwells RockSolid™ is a groundbreaking new technology for the decommissioning of oil and gas wells. An energetic material is delivered via a container to a specified depth in the well, where it is then activated. At a temperature exceeding 3500ºC, it melts the entire cross-section of the well, creating a permanent gas-tight barrier. This technology saves the industry significant resources while reducing environmental emissions.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:
Strategic planning
- Develop business development strategy
- Define key markets in short, medium and large term
- Pricing strategy connected to market
Market Analysis
- Market research
- Competitor mapping
- Marketing (IW support)
Sales
- Create an optimal sales process
- Active sales in collaboration with IW regions
Customer relationship management
- Define key customer and build relationships
- Understand customer needs and position IW P&A
Collaboration
- Bridge customer; operations and technology
- IW support functions
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
- Operator and/or supplier P&A/well experience
- Strategic and operational management experience
- Offshore but also onshore may be relevant
- Technical background
- Master of Engineering or other relevant education
- Fluent English – oral and written
- 10 years in the industry
