Job Description:

• Support recruitment process via Cornerstone, our recruitment system
• Close dialog with line managers within recruitment process
• Participate in onboarding processes
• Support on matters related to employee lifecycle processes, generalities of employment contracts, common HR policies, and personnel handbooks, regulations, etc.
• Actively communicate, inform and collaborate with HR colleagues and employees
• Other administrative tasks related to HR

• Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education
• Minimum 2 years' experience from a Human Resources generalist role or recruiting, preferably in oil-related, drilling, services, or technology areas
• Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT and system skills

• Excellent collaboration skills, willingness and proven ability to communicate with others
• Solution-oriented, structured, accurate and systematic
• Creative and constructive
• A highly motivated and positive attitude
