Hospitality Representatives Needed in Bergen/Oslo

To meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers, we are in need for English-speaking, service-minded colleagues with a positive and flexible attitude to welcome and assist our guests on their journey through the airport, hotels and cruise pier of Bergen/Oslo and to make their stay and travel in Bergen/Oslo a pleasant and smooth experience.
The job consists of but is not limited to:
- Meeting and assisting guests at the airport, train station and at the cruise pier
- Assisting and guiding guests on every step of their journey (between the airport, pier, hotel)
- Operating hospitality desks at hotels to assist our guests and liaise with the hotel
- Supporting and performing check-in procedures
- Coordinating transfers

- Positive and service-minded
- A team player that is willing to assist other colleagues
- Structured and well organized
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
- Pro-active & independent
- Resourceful
- Ability to multi-task and manage many ‘balls in the air’ at one time
- Ability to think clearly in stressful situations, make quick but appropriate decisions, and strategize
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- Excellent English skills. German and/or French will be a plus
- Experience in the tourism/cruise industry is a great advantage
- Must be flexible with working hours and be able to work evenings & weekends, and overtime when necessary.
- Must be available between January -October (especially during summer)
- Must have a Norwegian personal/D-number & tax card
- Must supply your own black suit, white dress shirt and black shoes for uniform
- Must be easily reachable by phone or email
