Hospitality Representatives Needed in Bergen/Oslo

To meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers, we are in need for English-speaking, service-minded colleagues with a positive and flexible attitude to welcome and assist our guests on their journey through the airport, hotels and cruise pier of Bergen/Oslo and to make their stay and travel in Bergen/Oslo a pleasant and smooth experience. 

The job consists of but is not limited to:

• Meeting and assisting guests at the airport, train station and at the cruise pier
• Assisting and guiding guests on every step of their journey (between the airport, pier, hotel)
• Operating hospitality desks at hotels to assist our guests and liaise with the hotel
• Supporting and performing check-in procedures
• Coordinating transfers

• Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
• Pro-active & independent
• Resourceful
• Ability to multi-task and manage many ‘balls in the air’ at one time
• Ability to think clearly in stressful situations, make quick but appropriate decisions, and strategize

 Qualifications:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to work under tight timelines
• Excellent English skills. German and/or French will be a plus
• Experience in the tourism/cruise industry is a great advantage
• Must be flexible with working hours and be able to work evenings & weekends, and overtime when necessary. 
•  Must be available between January -October (especially during summer)
• Must have a Norwegian personal/D-number & tax card 
• Must supply your own black suit, white dress shirt and black shoes for uniform 
• Must be easily reachable by phone or email
