We are looking for an HSE Training and translation coordinator!

Job Description

• Facilitate and hold mobilization seminars in Norwegian, English and Polish

• Coordinate updates of the course materials with the safety team to reflect the current status of the project.

• Oversight over min/max storage with regards to HSE materials

• Translate HSEQ materials as; Daily Report, HSEQ reporting cards, Mini HSSEQ Campaigns, Welcome Back Package, procedures etc.

• Collect and register HSEQ Observations / Safety Conversations / Suggestion for Improvement in the Assurance System

• On a spot basis, Participate in pre-shift and end-shift meetings in the field

• Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the project vision and its associated requirements

• Be an HSSE resource to the Project HSSE Manager in general HSSE related issues.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Experience from equivalent work

• Personal skills and experience may compensate for some lack of formal education

Duration: 1 year with possibilities for extension.
