• Collaborate with leadership and influence decision-making across the group and subsidiaries.
• Manage financial reporting, group consolidation, and strategic initiatives like M&A and ESG reporting, and support the implementation of CSRD reporting.
• Lead process improvements and strengthen internal controls to drive excellence both within financial and sustainability reporting.

What we're looking for:

• A master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, or group accounting.
• Expertise in IFRS and fluency in Norwegian and English.
• Analytical, proactive, and relationship-driven professionals ready to make an impact.
