Do you have a passion for food and a knack for crafting dishes that pair perfectly with great beer? Lervig Local, Lervig’s flagship taproom and microbrewery, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic cook to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with the team to explore and contribute to new culinary ideas as we refresh our menu.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory, assist in ordering supplies, and minimize food waste.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere in the kitchen.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• A passion for food and openness to contributing to new menu ideas.
• Creativity, adaptability, and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Experience with baking is a plus.
