Our flagship service, LawAi is a more reliable way of ensuring your adhering to the everchanging Norwegian employment law.
We’re seeing an increase in demand after gaining a solid base of customers. We’re now looking for motivated Account Executives to join our expanding sales team. We’re focused on driving your performance and career growth, to make you an elite sales professional. Our sales team receives best in class SaaS sales training and is coached to an elite level in all aspects of prospecting and selling. You will play a pivotal role growing the sales pipeline and closing deals month after month. The role is office based, meeting prospects & customers virtually.

Your Mission As An Account Executive
- Conduct virtual prospect and customer meetings.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage with potential customers in target markets.
- Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate conversations and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for prospecting activities and sales (New MRR).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for closed MRR revenue.
- Continuously update and manage prospect data in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for follow-ups.
- Apply elite sales training & processes developed via our sales advisory strategy.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience in a sales role, ideally an Account Executive.
- Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools for prospecting and selling, experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Forecasting experience for sales targets.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Previous experience as an AE or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or legal, or technical experience with HR is a plus.
- Sales Methodology education.
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
