We have a large and spacious apartment available for rent in central Oslo, ideal for three people. The apartment is located on the 1 floor and offers a bright, open atmosphere with plenty of room.

Living Room: A large, fully furnished living room.
Kitchen: A spacious kitchen with ample cupboard and counter space.
Bathroom: A slightly smaller bathroom with a toilet and shower.
The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of St. Hanshaugen, Grünerløkka, and the new Deichman Library by the sea—perfect for exploring Oslo.

We are looking for a flatmate with an open mind and good references. It would be great if you like plants and are willing to contribute to keeping the apartment fresh and cozy. This is not a party collective; rather, it’s a home where we value communication and mutual respect. We prefer to give notice in advance for any gatherings or events.

Room Details:

Large Room: 7,500 NOK per month + electricity (varies depending on consumption) and internet (~270 NOK per person).
Smaller Room: 6,500 NOK per month + electricity and internet (~270 NOK per person).
Deposit: Two months’ rent or a deposit guarantee.

The rooms are available starting December 15th. We are creating a new collective, and a third room will also be rented out to fit with the first two people who move in.
