Project Engineer
As the company evolves, we seek are seeking a Project Engineer to contribute to the operations departments within the discipline of marine operations & assurance. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that aims to establish Reach Subsea as a key player in the Subsea Service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assure technical & operational fitness, certification, compliance, and project readiness of vessels within the Reach Subsea fleet.
- Contribute to & maintain procedures for maintaining and administering the above
- Communicate directly with vessel owners to obtain the above, and to utilize opportunities
- Act as a single point of contact towards assigned vessels and its owners and Reach project managers
- Manage delivery and redelivery of vessel. Either towards vessel owners or projects.
- Assist with required modifications
- Assist projects & tendering
- Be a teacher, contribute with increasing knowledge of maritime operations / systems across all departments
Requirements:
- Bridge officer, or engineer on an offshore construction vessel, or well experienced BSC or higher graduation with marine & naval engineering. Extensive relevant experience with vessel maintenance & operation of vessels is a requirement. We encourage people who lack formal training, but which have extensive relevant work experience to apply as well.
- Experience with vessel legislation & implementation
- Experience with DP operations and corresponding documentation
- Experience with subsea & crane operations is advantageous
- Skills such as negotiation, time management, writing, presentation, analytical thinking and problem solving are required.
- Data skills e.g general knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Honest and friendly attitude
- Proficiency in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken, is required
