System Specialist

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Payroll department as a System Specialist. We are implementing ProMark as a new Time & Attendance system for Kongsberg Maritime and want you onboard to help us define the process and system setup globally, working closely with a team of committed colleagues.

The Payroll department handles payroll and travel & expense for about 3.500 employees in Norway. In addition, we support 16 countries with travel & expense trough an outsourcing partner. Payroll is a part of a Financial Service Centre (FSC) that provide services related to accounting, controlling, payroll, collection of receivables and financial systems to 20 companies in the Kongsberg Gruppen.

This is a new role within the FSC and the right person can contribute in shaping the role going forward. You will participate in the ongoing project to digitize the financial process in Kongsberg Maritime, as the ProMark project is a part of this journey. ProMark will be rolled out simultaneously as Dynamics D365 F&O globally.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Define and setup of global structure in ProMark
• Setup and implement ProMark in several countries
• Act as a global super user and support local super users in each country
• Testing and implementing new features in ProMark (continuous improvement)
• Training in ProMark
• Travel in this position will be required

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelors degree in IT/Business or relevant fields, experians can compensate for formal education
• Experience with systems such as ProMark and Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of the time and attendance process
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
