The Group Finance Manager is part of the finance function and performs work on group level, company level and business unit level.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for accounting tasks and managing the accounting team (4 direct reports and 1 functional report in the US, in addition to outsourced services in other countries)
• Preparation of consolidated monthly reports, cash flow statement and covenants calculations
• Manage cash, loan agreements and covenants compliance process
• Manage the annual closing process, preparing the group's annual financial statements, manage the statutory filing of financial statements in the group
• Responsible for updating and improvement of the group accounting policies and accounting guidance and process
• Manage the financial IT-systems and ensure correct system setup and utilization
• Responsible for tax in the group

Qualification requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Master’s degree within Accounting, Finance or Audit
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant (statsautorisert revisor)
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral and written
• Relevant HSE courses in accordance with Norwegian laws and regulations
