Operations Coordinator in Arendal

Your Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate collaboration within the operations team.
• First line support – call handling and ticket handling for follow up
• Based on customer needs, create tickets and solve issues, mechanical and software.
• Support the planning and execution of major delivery projects.
• Coordinate and oversee onsite interventions with partners
• Logistics handling of products and spare parts
• Proactive support – Alarm handling
• Must be able to work in a schedule-based weekly arrangement (at present, 06.30 to 19.30, may change based on company needs and evolvement).
• Assume a 24/7 Duty officer role on a rotation basis once a month.

Your Skills

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and technical acumen.
• Basic electronics knowledge to understand the workings in the Sharebox products
• Able to handle high stress environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken). German language proficiency is an advantage (written and spoken) but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Expectations

• Experience in customer support and scheduling onsite interventions.
• Technical education is a plus but not mandatory.
