Performance Marketing Specialist

Holzweiler is looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will play a key part in driving our digital visibility and expanding the online presence of our brand. The position focuses on developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising and Paid Media

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CPA) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Explore new platforms and ad formats to reach emerging audiences.

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support product launches, campaigns, and overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Contribute to creating engaging and on-brand marketing materials in partnership with creative teams.

Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
• Expertise in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering results.
