Instech Solutions has been at the forefront of marine insurance technology development for over 30 years. We’ve now started a very exciting project: building our new core system from scratch.

Whether you’re a recently graduated UX designer, or have some years of experience, you could join Instech Solutions at ‘our software home’. You would be part of a five-strong UX team with a key role in the development of our new core insurance system for global marine, offshore energy and offshore renewables insurances.We’re after someone who’s truly engaged person, with a good understanding of UX processes and agile software development. You will gain a deep understanding of the marine insurance industry during your day-to-day work and play a crucial part in how our products support the everyday needs of users in an efficient, compliant and user-friendly way.

Who we’re after

The candidate that we are looking for holds a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree but, more importantly, has a good understanding of UX processes and tools. If you’re able to combine that with an understanding of modern agile software development processes, as well as the concepts of design thinking, MVP and continuous development, you could very well be the person we are looking for! You should also have a “can-do” attitude, together with a desire to both learn and share.
