Project Controller

The Project Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and progress of various projects within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities 

• Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans 
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies 
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations 
• Support the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimates and financial justifications 
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project performance

Qualifications and experience 

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Controller or in a similar role is an advantage 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
