What does the job involve?
Technical and Plant Optimization (TPO) is part of the Onshore Plant organization within the MMP business area at Equinor. The Technical Project Support team is responsible for delivering technical expertise to support modifications and projects at onshore facilities. Our responsibilities extend across multiple onshore facilities and encompass contributions to renewable energy, a key strategic priority for Equinor.

What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
- Lead technical deliveries within the discipline and execute assigned project tasks.
- Ensure compliance by aligning supplier designs with company requirements.
- Provide input and ensure quality in project plans.
- Evaluate and recommend change proposals.
- Support procurement through bid evaluations.
- Contribute to establishing the Assignment Agreement.
- Manage risk and ensure HSE integration in design.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the related discipline.
- Extensive experience with technical requirements and adherence to international standards.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Scandinavian languages, both written and verbal.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
- Independent with strong organizational skills for managing own tasks.

- Good technical understanding
- Team player with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to contribute to a safe and good working environment
- You must live or be willing to relocate to Hammerfest.
