We're expanding our IT team, and are looking for a brilliant IT System Consultant to manage our CloudERP!

Join our IT department and become an integral part of our team dedicated to ensuring the quality and functionality of our new ERP solution. This role will ensure that Pixii takes advantage of the possibilities within Infor CloudSuite, adopts new features and optimize business processes. In addition to being a part of the IT department, supporting the business in operation of internal IT resources. This important role will manage the daily operations and maintenances of our Infor CloudSuite, support the business in process optimization, drive ERP innovation, and manage ERP rollouts into new markets as Pixii grows.

We just implemented Infor CloudSuite and are on the lookout for an IT system consultant to help us realize the benefits of an ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily operations of our ERP; oversee user management, monitoring and operational support
• Solution Architecture; Collaborate with process owners to optimize ERP processes and drive innovation
• Maintenance; prepare the business and the ERP solution for quarterly releases/upgrades, and plan adoption of new features and functionality
• User Training: Facilitate and follow up on ERP user training/education
• Project management; Lead ERP projects from inception to completion
• IT support: Contribute to daily IT operations activities

Requirements:

• Relevant higher education or extensive experience in ERP systems, preferably Infor CloudSuite or Infor LN. 
• Strong understanding of data-driven processes
• Ability to challenge established processes and engage in improvement work
• Proven project management skills
• A service-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation
• Excellent communication skills, with great interest and ability to train and upskill the organization in relevant systems
• Fluency in English and Norwegian
