The company holds a leading position within the European offshore wind industries and electrification of offshore oil and gas installations and onshore processing plants. Aibel is one of the largest suppliers on the Norwegian continental shelf and a full-range supplier of innovative and sustainable solutions

In our front-end department, Concepts & Studies, we are working with a broad portfolio of studies. Our focal point is on renewable and sustainable energy solutions. And, as our project portfolio is growing, we are now looking for Engineering Pioneers to fill a range of positions. Within different engineering disciplines, with various level of seniority and on several locations in Norway.

We expect our new Engineering Pioneers have broad and relevant engineering experience and thrive in a high-competence environment. You have the ability to work targeted and independent, and is keen to learn and contribute to a team of engineers. We are looking for technical spearheads with an interest in the broader energy marked and a desire to build future oriented solutions.
