Overall description of the role:
“Actively Grow the Business”: the burning platform is to grow sales via existing market channels in the eastern part of Norway (Østlandet) with focus on the Oslo area, this in close cooperation with Key Account Manager Norway.
“Be an active part of the sales team”: at Scanspac you will be a part of an international sales team in a Scandinavian setting, where the common goal is to grow the sales of Scanspac and not just the region!

Scanspac, a leader in innovative fillers and accessories, is looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our international sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and promote our high-quality products in a competitive market.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Key Account Manager in Norway to develop and execute Market and Sales Action Plans (MSAP). Regular visits to customers and worksites will be key to ensuring maximum service and strengthening relationships. You will promote Scanspac’s full product assortment, including fillers and accessories, while building a robust network and leveraging relationship selling to drive success. As part of the international sales team, you will actively contribute by proposing improvements to enhance Scanspac’s competitiveness. Additionally, you will handle customer claims with professionalism and according to company guidelines, while executing market actions in line with the budget and long-term goals.
We are looking for candidates with a relevant commercial or sales background and excellent negotiation skills. Experience in the Paint/Filler or similar industries is highly valuable, as well as a customer-focused, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Great communication skills and the ability to network both internally and externally are essential, and you should be comfortable working in a digital environment. A valid driver’s license for customer visits is also required.
Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must, and understanding spoken Danish and Swedish is preferred.
