Join us as a Support & Commissioning Engineer — a vital role in our global operations and Customer Success team. You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that ensures seamless system integration, world-class customer support, and continuous improvement of our processes and tools.
As a Support & Commissioning Engineer, you will:
- Be a trusted partner for our customers by handling inquiries and commissioning requests for the residential segment with precision and care.
- Proactively commission and monitor systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive innovation by collaborating with our Customer Success and R&D teams to refine processes and tools.
- Lead the way in strategic improvement, enhancing the efficiency of our Support & Commissioning organization for lasting impact.
- Embrace opportunities to travel internationally and build connections in a rapidly evolving, global industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure market-leading customer satisfaction through exceptional handling of inquiries and support requests for Pixii Home.
- Perform proactive commissioning and respond to customer needs via ticketing tools like HubSpot or Zendesk.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows for commissioning and support processes.
- Contribute to long-term strategies for improving support efficiency with the right tools, processes, and resources.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly with ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.) and cloud-based systems like Thingsboard. Hands-on technical expertise is a must; experience with BESS is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
Key Qualities and Skills:
- Analytical and structured mindset.
- Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative attitude.
- Process-oriented with a knack for establishing and documenting workflows.
- Commercially savvy with excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a solid understanding of customer inquiry management.
