The company is experiencing rapid growth and has strong financial ownership through Columbia Threadneedle ESIF – a global investment fund investing in European green infrastructure assets and Rittal Gmbh - a global supplier of IT solutions, hardware, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Quality and ESG Coordinator to strengthen our Compliance Team. In this role, you will coordinate and integrate quality management practices across the organisation while driving initiatives that ensure sustainable and secure operations.

Key responsibilities for this role

• Support the development and maintenance of our Quality Management system (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, systems and procedures.
• Actively contribute to risk management processes in alignment with ISO 31000.
• Assist in developing and implementing our internal audit program covering quality, ESG and security standards.
• Support incident management and resolution.
• Participate in the monitoring and evaluation of supplier compliance and relationships.
• Provide internal training and support on QMS, environmental initiatives and ESG strategies.
• Contribute to ESG programs aimed at reducing environmental impact, improving social responsibility and ensuring robust governance of our data center operations.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and GDPR regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, ESG and information security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications and experience

We are seeking candidates who possess a combination of education, experience and skills to excel in this role:

- Education and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Quality Management, Environmental Science or related fields.
• Proven experience in quality management, environmental management or ESG frameworks.
• Strong relevant experience may compensate for the lack of formal higher education.

- Technical knowledge

• In-depth understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks, such as ISO 31000.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and GDPR frameworks is desirable

You should have solid analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills along with good communication abilities. Fluency in both English and Norwegian is necessary, as is a valid Class B driver’s license.
