A western Canadian painter and printmaker, Arnie R. Fisk lives in Richmond, British Columbia (a Vancouver suburb). His mediums include oils, watercolors, acrylics and open-edition art prints. Born in Kenora, Ontario, a self-taught artist,

Fisk studied history at the University of Windsor Ontario. After working at a variety of jobs and living in Hong Kong (1972-76), North America (1976-78), and in British Columbia since 1978, he began to paint full-time.

He works with oil, watercolour and acrylic in a realistic style. Arnie R. Fisk's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from $203 USD to $417 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2012 the record price for this artist at auction is $417 USD for On the River, sold at Westbridge Fine Art Auction House in 2012.
