As we gear up to scale, we're looking for a visionary yet hands-on Head of Technology who will shape and drive our technology strategy, architecture, and innovation. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of experimentation and learning, while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. Backed by Telenor and partners, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in the Nordic AI market, driving meaningful impact on society.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and guide our technical team and partners to scale and manage operations, services, and deployments across infrastructure, cloud, data, and software.
- Lead our technical strategy and architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with future scalability, security, and performance needs.
- Drive innovation by developing services and products based on customer needs, setting them up for long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with our Venture Lead and Head of Business Development to utilise customer feedback and insights to shape the product roadmap.
- Take ownership of technical operations, ensuring compliance with top security and regulatory standards.
- Maintain solid technical documentation and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.
- Contribute to technical sales and lifecycle processes, from initial conversations with potential customers to integration and ongoing support.
- Serve as our primary point of contact for technical hardware and software partnerships, ensuring all work is in accordance with NVIDIA's reference architecture.
Who are we looking for?
- You have strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling engineering teams in a fast-paced environment, as well as scaling small divisions within larger companies or startups—preferably within AI
- Deep knowledge of software and hardware environments and an understanding of DevOps, AI frameworks, and high-performance computing.
- Proven ability to operationalise and lead AI, cloud, or tech ventures, driving strategic growth and execution.
- Deep understanding of architecture and experience building for scale.
- Proficient in managing vendor relationships with hardware and software partners
- Extensive experience in leading high-growth companies within tech divisions or AI-focused initiatives.
- Extensive experience in public cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises infrastructure, as well as data warehousing technologies
- Strong business understanding and experience with technical sales and managing customer engagement for products/services in a growth phase.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language.

- An interest in AI frameworks, including machine learning and high-performance compute
- A hands-on entrepreneurial mindset, ready to embrace challenges, drive innovation, and push boundaries to create impactful solutions.
- Strong business understanding and experience with technical sales and managing customer engagement for products/services in a growth phase.
- Drive and get excited when faced with new challenges and ambiguity.
