As we gear to scale up and onboard our first customers, we are seeking a Tech & Ops leader to drive technical projects, streamline operations, and support technical sales. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficient workflows, delivering secure and scalable AI & cloud solutions, and fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation and collaboration. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Be a strategic partner to the Head of Technology, providing executive oversight of technical activities, aligning teams, and supporting key technical decisions. 

• Streamline and execute day-today operations, optimising workflows for development, deployment, and maintenance of AI Factory solutions. 

• Lead the implementation of AI Factory solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and seamless integration with existing infrastructure. 

• Define and track operational metrics, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and team performance. 

• Proactively address technical risks, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. 

• Drive and execute the technical sales and lifecycle process, from initial sales to integration and ongoing support, including providing technical onboarding for incoming customers, in collaboration with the Chief of Staff. 

• Lead the technical documentation and knowledge sharing with team. 

• Ensure smooth collaboration across the virtual cross-functional team. 

Who are we looking for? 

• Expertise in AI, cloud, and on-premise infrastructure, including lifecycle management and optimisation. 

• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects, ensuring secure and high-quality implementation and aligning with security, sovereignty, and regulatory requirements. 

• Skilled in technical sales to enable and support customer engagement 

• Technical leadership experience, including team alignment, process optimisation, and metrics-driven tracking. 

• Security clearance preferred for managing projects in sensitive and regulated industries. 

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
