As we gear up to scale, we are now seeking a proactive leader, driving strategic initiatives and business development. You will have a key role in driving commercial growth and leveraging ecosystems partners in high performance AI/Tech (Cloud/SaaS) environments. You will be the bridge between our commercial goals and our technical team, sharing valuable market insights that ensure our product development is customer-centric. If you’re excited about being at the cutting edge of the Nordic AI market, leading and executing on business development, strategic initiatives and driving business growth —this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and execute on business development, strategic initiatives and special projects (in a cloud/AI context), to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Develop and manage a business focused partnership ecosystem to support growth.
- Lead market analyses and product development initiatives to align the offering with market demands and customer needs.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and identify leads, negotiate and close deals with new customers.
- Work closely with the Head of Technology and the rest of our team, working together on key initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Support in fostering a culture of experimentation, learning and collaboration.
- *Participate in hands-on NVIDIA training to gain in-depth product knowledge and enhance sales effectiveness.
Who are we looking for?
- You have proven ability to commercialise, operationalise and scale AI services /Tech ventures.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and scale teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Expertise in deal structuring, contract negotiations and closing high-value partnerships.
- Strong technical understanding or expertise from other complex product environments (Cloud/IaaS/SaaS).
- Established network and industry connections with enterprise clients, startups, and technology providers.
- Extensive experience in business development within AI /Tech industry (preferably data, IaaS, SaaS)
- Strong track record of crafting and executing growth strategies that achieve measurable results, including developing and launching successful products.
- Experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in complex projects.
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language.
