Your Role
As a Service Operations Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer success while developing expertise across multiple areas of our business. You will be supported by mentors and positioned for success in a fast-moving, technology-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve PowerBI reports related to Service and Support
- Monitor trends and identify efficiency gains in our Incident Management and Problem management processes
- Develop and improve our Salesforce Service cloud in collaboration with our Business Technology team
- Run and participate in improvement projects and initiatives for Service and Support
Qualifications & Skills
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Embrace continuous improvement
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Master’s degree – preferably within IT
- Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming
