We are now looking for a Warranty coordinator to strengthen our team and be part of the exciting journey. 

What will you be doing?

• Collaboration with Internal Teams Work as per OneSubsea SQ/PQ Process, closely with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams to assess the rootcause of issues and determine whether defects are covered under Warranty
• Collaborate with Project Management Teams Ensure that Warranty claims are managed according to the agreed-upon timelines and project schedules
• Maintain Warranty Records in OSS Management system and ERP System
• Ensure that all Warranty claims and actions taken, are properly documented, and tracked using OneSubsea Warranty Management and ERP System
• Log and report warranty claims in Quest
• Analytical approach to warranty claims issues to ensure solutions are both effective and cost-effective
• Follow up ongoing project, product owners related to budget and report to Warranty Lead
• Follow up Quality and Warranty actions, towards Quality managers and leads in delivery projects
• Root Cause Analysis - Team Member Support investigations as per OneSubsea SQ/PQ Process, into recurring Warranty issues and collaborate with engineering or R&D teams to recommend corrective actions, preventive measures, or Product redesigns
• Ensure Warranty claims are handled in compliance Industry Regulations with relevant oil & gas industry standards (e.g., API, ISO certifications) and customer contracts.

We think you should have: 

• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in engineering or other relevant areas
• 3+ years of experience in relevant quality positions preferably from the oil and gas industry 
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and NORSOK requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English
