Room in a modern, bright and continuous semi-detached house with a good layout. The unfurnished available room has a surface of about 3x3m. There is additional room in the living room for a desk for working/studying space, and a lot of extra storage room in an additional vacant room / under the stairs. You will be sharing a bathroom one other person.

We're two male mid-20s professionals working in technology. Our free time time is generally spent in the mountains, whether that be on the (mountain-)bike or on skis. Tell us a little about yourself, work and interests. Also write when you want to start the tenancy.

The semi-detached house is built in accordance with today's requirements and low electricity consumption can be expected. Heating in all floors. Parking in a quiet street. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are fully equiped.

Central location within walking distance to the Storosenteret, BI and Nydalen. Here you live in a detached housing development with city life a few minutes away.

Great hiking terrain, summer or winter in progress or cycling distance: Grefsenkollen, Solemskogen, Linderudkollen, Maridalsvannet, Lilloseter. Easy access to cross-country trails and slalom slopes and Akerselva. Several fitness centers in the immediate vicinity and countless shops and restaurants at Storo, at Lillo farm and in Nydalen.

NB: Terrace towards the bedrooms is a future construction project.
