There is a high pace in our projects at the moment and there is a need to strengthen our organization in Norway. We need more employees who can help our projects with project documentation for our customers.

Life Cycle Information or LCI is all technical information that our customers require subcontractors to deliver for the equipment to be installed and operated in a facility.

Different projects have different requirements for such LCI deliveries, so we are interested in you who like technical data, have an eye for detail and appreciate extensive interaction with the project team and customer. You will become part of a team of committed employees who contribute to ensuring that our projects have control over their deliveries of technical information to our customers

Work assignments Follow up LCI milestones 

• Verify LCI deliveries from Wood to the customer as well as between Wood and subcontractors
• Quality-assure tag and document metadata, references, project plan and other technical information
• Ensure that project-related procedures and customer requirements for document management and technical information are followed
• Communicate and coordinate LCI-related clarifications internally and towards the customer
• Guide the project team within current requirements, routines and procedures for LCI

We want the following skills

• Minimum completed Bachelor's degree, good relevant experience can compensate education
• Experience from EPCI/MMO projects
• Experience of LCI coordination or handling of technical information for a discipline
• Knowledge of customer requirements in connection with LCI handovers
• Generally good computer skills
• Desirable with experience in various customer systems such as Procosys, STID, PIMS
• Requirements for good English formulation skills, both written and oral
• Candidates who can speak and write Norwegian are desirable, but not a strict requirement
