Play a Key Role in Acendys Growth and Development as Commercial Director Norway
As Commercial Director Norway at Acendy, you will take a central leadership role in driving the company’s commercial success in the Norwegian market. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-oriented leader with expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success.
Reporting to the CEO and ideally based at Acendy’s headquarters in Tromsø, the Commercial Director Norway will lead a team of department heads, including Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success, each with their own teams. You will collaborate closely with your counterparts in Sweden and the Netherlands, contributing to Acendy’s overarching commercial strategy and aligning efforts across the organization.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader with solid experience in sales, marketing, or other commercial leadership roles. You have a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, and you know how to identify opportunities and turn them into effective commercial strategies. Experience in navigating the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.
As a leader, you inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best, and you combine a strategic mindset with operational focus and a hands-on approach. You communicate clearly and confidently in Norwegian and English, and you are willing to travel as needed to strengthen collaboration with customers and colleagues.
